Dr. Hwu co-founded InnoSys in July 2000, brings to InnoSys extensive experience and expertise in high power RF/Microwave IC/Module design and development. Dr. Hwu has received numerous prestigious awards including IEEE Individual Achievement Award in 1997, White House Presidential Faculty Fellow Award in 1997, White House Presidential Early Career Award for Scientists and Engineers in 1996, and Office of Naval Research Young Investigator Award in 1995 all for her technical contribution in high power RF/microwave electronics. She was also named a business visionary by the State of Utah and Department of Commerce in 2004.

Larry P. Sadwick, CTO, B.S., Physics, UCSD, Ph.D., Electrical Engineering, UCLA

Dr. Sadwick Who co-founded InnoSys with Dr. Hwu, is an expert in high voltage and high temperature electronics. He has extensive experiences and expertise in microfabrication including microelectronics, MEMS, and material growth. He especially brings to InnoSys his knowledge and experiences and further establishes in InnoSys unique facility and capabilities in high vacuum (HV) and ultrahigh vacuum (UHV) techniques, processing, testing chambers, and systems. He has published and presented numerous papers on all of these topics. Dr. Sadwick served as chairs of many international conferences in these areas. He also possesses a very extensive list of patents and patent applications.
