SSVD™ technology was specifically developed over a decade by InnoSys for millimeter wave power devices and power modules. SSVD™ technology employs high frequency, high power performance advantages of vacuum electronics and small form factor, high level integration, low cost, high yield advantages of solid state electronic design and manufacturing to offer the best value in high power performance/cost of millimeter waves and higher frequency power devices and modules. Through advanced microelectronic and microfabrication methods, our proprietary SSVD™ technology affords excellent performance, reliability and cost advantages in our product offerings.

High Voltage (HighV™) Integrated Technology:

HighV™ technology consists of both InnoSys' unique high voltage circuit topology and novel high voltage integrated circuit design. Our circuits are with very high level integration and, as a result, small foot prints. Employing mixed signal circuit design, our circuits offer high intelligence, advanced control functions and features. We employ the world top integrated circuit (IC) foundries to manufacture our ICs. We currently offer most products based on our chip set designs. We have developed and started to work on our technology/product roadmap to offer single chip and system on chip (SOC) solution in the near future.
