Millimeter Wave Power Devices and Power Modules:

InnoSys, based on its proprieatry SSVD™ technology, has a strong focus to provide high frequency power device and power module products and customhigh frequency power device and power module solutions. InnoSys specializes in high frequency, especially in the millimeter wave region and above (currently up to W-band), high power devices and high power module products typically with average power above 10s of watts in a CW device and peak power above 100s of watts in a pulsed device. InnoSys heavily invest in continuous technology development to support next generation product needs and provide solid product roadmaps into the future system and application needs of our customers.

High Temperature and Harsh Environment Electronics:

Also based on its SSVD™ technology, InnoSys offers a separate line of high temperature and harsh environment electronics by manufactruing monolitically integrated circuits based on minature thermionic emitters (MTEs) and miniature thermionic vacuum diodes and transistors (MTVs) which were developed by InnoSys. These circuits are offered in high temperature capable vacuum packages which are specially developed by InnoSys for this line of products. Circuits have been successfully tested to extreme tempearures and harsh environmental conditions.

High Voltage Power Electronics:

Parallel to our millimeter wave power device products, InnoSys offers solid state based high voltage power electronic circuits for the high voltage switching power supplies and high voltage modulators required for the operation of millimeter wave power devices and power modules. InnoSys high voltage power electronics is solid state, integrated circuit (IC) based, and offers 1,000 to 10,000 Volts of operations in IC packages with small form factors. These solis state, IC based high voltage power electronic circuits support the needs of portable, affordable, integrated power module for advanced commercial and defense electronic systems.

InnoSys now also offers various power electronics into the fields of lighting, display backlights, and other consumer and industrial power supplies and power management needs. These power electronics typically have power factor correction, high circuit efficiency, protection circuits, advanced functions, and small form factors. Applications which InnoSys currently supply to include drivers for light emitting diode (LED) general lighting, electronic ballasts for compact fluorescent energy saving lamps (CFL), and inverters for cold cathode fluorescent (display backlights) lamps (CCFLs).
